Susan Reynolds

Susan Leigh Reynolds, passed away October 12, 2017 at her home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Susan was born on September 17, 1979 to Charles and Donna Reynolds in St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove, Indiana.

Susan was baptized into God’s family on September 8, 1991 at St. James Lutheran Church in Lafayette, Indiana. She was a graduate of Aersnal Tech High School and Ivy Tech Community College. Susan was a certified Medical Assistant and worked for Parkview Pediatrics in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Susan is survived by her mother and father, her stepmom and dad, half brother, her aunt, Anita Gaines, as well as other aunts and uncles, several cousins, step brothers, Terry Uptegrove and Troy Hale, and grandparents, Robert and Sue Reynolds. She is also survived by her aunt who she recognized as her second mother, Jenny Fraker.

She was preceded in death by a half brother Michael Weaver, her stepbrother Patrick Uptegrove, and grandparents Rae and Madonna Weaver.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Road, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., with the service immediately following.
