Susan Ann Ozment,

56, Indianapolis, passed away May 9, 2016. Susan was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 13, 1959 to the late, George and Frances Kay (Cunningham) Holtsclaw. Susan was the first female certified Forensic Investigator in Indiana. She worked as a Forensic Fire Investigator and went on to own her own Forensics Investigation Firm and online business.

When not working, Susan enjoyed photography, camping, traveling, and most of all spending time with her family and friends.Susan was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sandy Holtsclaw. She will be lovingly missed by her son, Daniel Mark William Ozment; grandchildren: Aubree Renae Ozment, Brayden and Gabriel Chapmen; siblings: Paula Holtsclaw, and Nancy Plake; nieces, Roxanne Hasseld (David) and Angie York; great-nieces and nephews: Logan and Madalynn Hasseld, Brianna Taylor, and Katelyn and Conner Plake; her beloved dog, Jasmine; as well as many other extended family members and friends.

Calling will be held from 4pm until 8pm on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan- Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, where her funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, May 16th.
