Stephen T. Lynch

Stephen Thomas Lynch, 68, passed away April 21, 2016 at St.Vincent Hospice surrounded by family. He was the husband of Cathy Ann Lynch.They shared 46 years of marriage together.

Born in Indianapolis, Steve was the son of Lucille and LynnLynch. He attended North Central High School before attending Ball StateUniversity, where he was the captain of the track team and a member of BallState’s football team.

Steve taught Industrial Arts for 2 years at Lawrence CentralHigh School; then, became the Construction Manager for James AssociatesArchitects and Engineers.

Steve was a member of Geist Christian Church. He enjoyedsailing, golf, and playing cards with his friends.

Steve is survived by his wife, parents, sons KristopherLynch (Laura) and Ryan Lynch (Carolyn), 3 amazing grandchildren, Nate, Will,and Molly, and his sisters Theresa Lynch and Kathy Lynch.

He was predeceased by his brother Dennis Patrick Lynch.

A celebration of Steve’s life will be held at GeistChristian Church, 8550 Mud Creek Road, on Monday, April 25. Visitation will beheld from 1-2pm, memorial service from 2-3pm, and a reception immediatelyfollowing the service. Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers may be made to The Geist Christian Church.
