Stephen R. Rogers

Stephen R. Rogers 74 of Mooresville, IN passed away October 18, 2014.He was born on September 24, 1940 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Leonard and Barbara (Richey) Rogers. He worked for Yellow Freight Lines for 39 years retiring in 1999 as the Distribution Center Manager. He was a member of Plainfield Christian Church. He is survived by his wife, Georgana (Sullivan) Rogers, daughters, Tammy Rogers, Rhonda(Gary) Richardson, daughter-in-law, Lora Rogers, grandchildren, April Rogers and Natalie Richardson, sister, Glenda Chelf, and very special niece, Dawn Sullivan(Terry) Wright, great niece and nephew, Maddie and Nate Wright. He is preceded in death by his son, Ronnie Rogers and grandson, Nolan Richardson. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, October 27, 2014 11 AM at Plainfield Christian Church 800 Dan Jones Road Plainfield, IN 46168. In lieu of flower the family has requested memorial gifts be made to Stand Up to Cancer P.O. Box 843721 Los Angeles, CA 90084-3721 or the donor's favorite charity.
