Stephen A. O'Haver

Stephen Alan O’Haver, 74, of Indianapolis passed away on July 14, 2026. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 5, 1951.He was a true country boy with a big heart and an unforgettable sense of humor. He loved fishing, Florida beaches, vegetable gardening, and in earlier years, the freedom of the open road—especially on his beloved V‑Star motorcycle. 

Stephen cherished his wife, Janet, and the large, lively family they built together. His laughter, loyalty, and love will forever be remembered.Stephen is survived by his wife, Janet O’Haver; his children—Joseph (Lisa), Kelly, Jerome (Jamie), Jeffrey, Amanda (Adam), Derek, Stephen (Brandy), and William (Jamie). He was preceded in death by his son, Steve O’Haver. He leaves behind 28 grandchildren, 27 great‑grandchildren, and his sister, Sharon Bowling.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25 • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East. Stephen will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
