Stella L. West

61, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on June 10, 2021.  Stella was born on June 25, 1959 in Lebanon, Indiana to the late George and Rosalie Loy.  She attended Harry E. Wood High School.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, James L. Stroud and Mack West; brother, Mark A. Loy; brother-in-law, Joseph K. Frazer and her parents.  She is survived by her children, Scott (Jonea) Crain and Amy (Jacob) Skipworth; sister, Roseanna Frazer and by late husband’s children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 1 pm to 3 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Services will be private. Burial will be at Floral Park Cemetery.
