Stacey Lynn Eaton, 55 of Brownsburg, IN passed away on January 4, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on July 26, 1959 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Jack and Joann (Hostetler) Eaton. She was a 1977 graduate of Decatur Central High School. What began as a part-time job turned into a nearly 25 year career at FedEx for Stacey. She held various roles at FedEx over the years including international checker and aircraft load captain, and she also had extensive experience with International customs documentation. Prior to that she was a Customer Service Representative for Trans-City Warehousing & Distribution (now IDS, Inc.) for 20 years. Her family has said she was very resilient in the face of adversity and seemed to always be there for them. She loved to spoil her family especially the nieces, nephews and great niece and great nephew, and was always planning weekend gatherings or getaways for the entire family. She is survived by her sisters, Tina Williams, Jeri Eaton, brother, Karl Eaton, nieces, Katie (Josh) Ferguson, Emily Eaton, nephews Adam Eaton, Eric Williams and Justin (Jacqui) Williams, great niece, Ava Ferguson and great nephew, Ethan Williams. To celebrate Stacey's life the family invites you to share with them on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur Township. Visitation will take place from 12 PM - 3PM with the Memorial Service at 3 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital or Susan G. Komen.
