SSG Clair E.“Butch” Beamer Jr.

60 years old,of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016. He was born in Carlisle,Pennsylvania to the late, Clair Sr. and Mary Jane Beamer. Butch served proudlyin the United States Army, touring twice in Korea, once in Germany and Italy. Heserved for 20 years before his retirement at Ft. Benjamin Harrison as aMilitary Police Investigator. He was also employed for 20 years at the FederalCourt House with the Federal Court Marshals. Butch was known for his lovingspirit and giving to all who knew him.

Clair E. “Butch”Beamer Jr. is survived by his son, Chris Beamer, daughter, Sarah Beamer. Three grandchildren, Mercedes (Sadie) Beamer,Nina Lantz, and Claire (Peanut) Beamer; siblings, Sue Parson, Rodney Beamer(Tammy) and Rose Beamer; many other family and friends. He was preceded in deathby his parents, Clair Beamer Sr. and Mary Jane Beamer.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 12pm in the VFW Post #7119, 6525 Lee rd. Indianapolis, IN 46236.
