Shirley Patricia Anderson

Shirley Patricia Anderson, 85, of Carmel, passed away Monday, August 9, 2021.  Shirley was born September 10, 1935, in Albion, Illinois, the daughter of the late James Richard and Mary (Wood) Wick.  Shirley was married for 65 years to Robert E. Anderson, who preceded her in passing on November 6, 2020.

Shirley retired from BehaviorCorp, in charge of patient intake and secretarial services.  She was a member of the Carmel United Methodist Church and a member of the Carmel Chamber of Commerce.  She was an avid tennis player.

She is survived by two sons, Eric W. Anderson and Christopher W. (wife Elizabeth) Griggs-Anderson; granddaughters, Courtney N. Anderson and Catherine P. Anderson; numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in passing by her brother, Donald Wick.
