Shirley Mount

Shirley J. Mount, 83, Indianapolis, passed away February 2, 2014. She was born August 13, 1930, in Indianapolis, the daughter of the late Clarence A. and Alice K. (Terrell) See. She married Robert W. Mount on August 12, 1949. Shirley retired in 1986 from Indiana Bell after 23 years of service. She was a member of Post Road Christian Church. She enjoyed being outdoors and gardening, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert W. Mount; two sons, David Mount and Steven Mount; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan – Broad Ripple, 1305 East Broad Ripple Avenue. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the National Parkinson Foundation.
