Shirley Miller-Hadley

Shirley Miller-Hadley, 87, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 5, 2022.  She was born on November 11, 1935, in Slayden, TN to John Henry and Sarah Adele Dilley.  She grew up in Salem, IN, later moving to the north side of Indianapolis, where she lived until the time of her passing.  She loved dancing and bowling–but most of all–she loved her family.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hadley; parents, John and Sarah Dilley; stepdaughter, Vickie Baldwin; and daughter-in-law, Lori Miller.  She is survived by her children, Michael (Carolyn) Miller and Sherri Miller; 7 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Flanner Buchanan – Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250.  A funeral service will immediately follow, beginning at 2:00 p.m.  Interment in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
