Sharon Wright-Beai

Westfield, Indiana

Sharon Wright-Beai, 81, of Westfield passed away March 13, 2023.  She was born January 4, 1942, in Indianapolis, the daughter of the late Carl Edward and Margaret (Rickenbach) Keithley.

Sharon graduated with Bachelor and Master Degrees of Education from Indiana University.  She was a beloved, long-time 1st grade teacher with Westfield Washington Schools.  She was a talented dancer, especially ballet; loved spending time in the outdoors at her pool or in her garden, cultivating the most beautiful flowers; but above all else her greatest enjoyment was being surrounded by family, friends, and doting on her nine cherished grandchildren.

She is survived by her three children, Aaron (Leeza) Wright; Nancy (Matt) Stephens, Mary (Mike) Schroeder; nine grandchildren; Sophia, Brody, Jackson, Luke, Ava, Grace, Ella, Scarlett, and Hunter; sister, Dona Kelley; nephew, John (Beth) Kelley; two great nephews, David Kelley and Matthew (Stephanie) Kelley; and former spouse, Ronald Wright.  She was preceded in passing by her husband, Frank Beai.

A Celebration of Life will be from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2023, at Flanner Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park (Prairie Waters), 4180 Westfield Road.  Memorial contributions may be to the Westfield Education Foundation.  Online condolences may be shared by visiting www.flannerbuchanan.com.
