Sharon Louise Honey

Sharon L. VanSlyke Honey 55, of Indianapolis, passed away September 16, 2012. Sharon was a 1975 graduate of the Franklin Community High School and a graduate of Ivy Tech. She was a twenty five plus year employee for the State of Indiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Honey and father, William E. VanSlyke. She is survived by daughter, April (Branden) Raymer, companion, Trent Speer, mother, Noreen C. VanSlyke, siblings: Chris (Myrena) VanSlyke, Elaine (Rob) Williams, Steve (Theresa) VanSlyke and Rick (Windy) VanSlyke and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, September 20, 2012 from 4 to 8 pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Speedway. Services will be Friday, September 21, 2012 at 10 am with calling one hour prior at the funeral center. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
