Sharon A. Miller Carroll-Holman

Sharon A. Miller Carroll-Holman passed away May 7, 2011. She was born August 9, 1948 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Neslon G. Miller, Sr. and Ada McDuff-Miller. Sharon professed faith in Christ at an early age, attending Jones Tabernacle AME Zion Church and most recently St. Mark AME Zion Church. Sharon was a Pharmacy Technician and was very dedicated to her work. She was employed with various pharmacies and hospitals in the city, her favorite being Walgreen’s where she retired as head pharmacy tech in July of 2010. She is survived her mother Ada D. McDuff-Miller, 4 children: Casandra D. (Don) Sanders, Ramon T. (Stacey) Moore, Brian K. Moore and Darnell L. Moore, 2 sisters Carolyn S. Miller and Marsha K. Smith, two brothers Nelson G. Miller, Jr. and Mike (Star) Miller, 7 grandchildren, several god children, relatives and friends. A Celebration of Sharon’s Life service will be Friday May 13, 2011 at 12 PM in Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center – Floral Park. Friends may call from 10AM until service time Friday.
