Shane P. Anderson

Shane Patrick Anderson of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 49. He was born in Indianapolis, IN, on August 29, 1974, to father, Russel Anderson and mother, Nancy Cleary Anderson.  

Shane could best be remembered by his good-hearted nature, his constant smile, who warmed everyone around him. He was the most selfless person and would always give to others. His talent in the kitchen was unmatched, he took pride in cooking. Shane was affectionately known as a funcle, a “fun uncle”. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by mother, Nancy Anderson; sister, Angie Anderson; half-brother, Michael Anderson; special aunt, Cindy Cleary; nieces, Teya Anderson-Ramsey, Anesa Esselborn; great niece, Aamirah Rhudy; great nephew, Ivan Harris.

Visitation will be held from 11am until 1pm, Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East (10722 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN). A Funeral Service will be held at 1pm. Burial will follow funeral service at Washington Park East Cemetery.
