Samantha Jelaine Nicole Montoya

Samantha Jelaine Nicole (Malwitz) Montoya 31 of Indianapolis, IN passed away on August 16, 2012. She was born on December 11, 1980 in Martinsville, IN. She was a 2006 graduate of University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Health Care Administration. She was a Health Care Assistant / Instructor for Med Tech College. She is survived by her children, Selina, Emilio, Juliana, Gabi, mother, Kathy Malwitz, father, Jeff (Robin) Malwitz, brother, Bobby M. Ross, grandmother, Janice Curry and a host of additional family and friends. Services will be held 2 PM Thursday August 23, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur with visitation there on Wednesday August 22nd 4-8PM. Burial will be at West Newton Cemetery. The family request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions is made to the family in care of Flanner and Buchanan.
