Sally E. Emmert

Sally E. Emmert 68, of Indianapolis, IN died September 6, 2012. She was born the daughter of Paul and LaVerne Reid on May 10, 1944 in Fort Sill-Lawton, Oklahoma. Sally was a paralegal for the Law Offices of Chilcote, Kertis, Coppes and Kibbe over a span of 20 years, retiring in 2001. She was very active in Decatur Central Schools, Girl Scouts, and enjoyed square dancing. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, James M. Emmert, their 2 children, son Craig (JoAnn) and daughter Laura (Rich) Perry, grandchildren Wade and Corbin Emmert and Elaina and Gwendolyn Perry, and a brother and sister-in-law Jim and Sharon Reid. Friends may call from 1:30-4:30 PM on Saturday September 15 at Flanner and Buchanan - Decatur, where a service Celebrating the Life of Sally will be held at 3 PM.
