Sally Anne Lufkin, 67, of Indianapolis and Evanston, IL was born August 21, 1946 and passed away July 22, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Doris Lufkin, and her sister Susan Lufkin.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her brothers John and Larry Lufkin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
