Sallie P. F. McIntosh

Sallie P. F. McIntosh, lovingly known as Sallie, passed away on August 20, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on May 2, 1952, in Indianapolis, and remained closely connected to the city throughout her life.

Sallie will be remembered with love by her family and all who knew her. She is survived by her daughters Amanda (Rich) Smock and Theresa Newhouse; her grandchildren, Derek, Alyssa, Drew, and Nick; and her great-granddaughter, Emerson. She is also survived by her brother, Terry (Ronnie) Myers.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clay McIntosh; her mother, Amanda Fugate Oliphant; and her brothers, Harold McIntosh and Clay McIntosh.

Family and friends are invited to gather in her memory on September 4, 2026, at Flanner Buchanan Funeral Centers - Floral Park, 425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222. Viewing will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. A graveside service will take place at 3:00 p.m. at Floral Park Cemetery, 425 North Holt Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222.

Sallie’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and she will be deeply missed.
