Ruth J. (Miller) Rainsberger, 88, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, November 20. She grew up in Canton, Ohio where she graduated from Timken High School in 1943, and was a member of First Christian Church. She married Ralph Rainsberger there in 1946, and moved to Indiana in 1957. She worked many years and retired in 1996 from Defense Finance and Accounting Services at Ft. Harrison in Indianapolis, IN. She enjoyed music, especially singing, and sang with school and church choirs, and with Sweet Adelines.
She is dearly missed by the family members who survive her: sisters, Roxyrae (Miller) Finnegan of Daytona Beach, FL, and Blanche Miller of Canton, OH; brother, Paul Miller of Canton, OH; daughter Rebecca Rainsberger (Larry Ferguson) of Carmel, IN; sons, William Rainsberger (Mari Bilger) and Robert Rainsberger, both of Indianapolis, IN; granddaughter, Amber Hulse and great-granddaughter, Rebecca Hulse of Danville, IN.
