84, of Noblesville, passed away on October 25, 2015. Ruth had worked for Indiana National Bank for many years. She was an ordained minister and co-founder of Third Phase Christian Center. Services will be Monday, November 2, 2015 at 1 p.m. with calling one hour prior at Flanner and Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite). Entombment to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
