RUTH K. FATE SPARGUR, 98, Indianapolis, a former beauty shop owner who was known as ‘Tap Dancing Granny,’ died Aug. 9.
Mrs. Spargur began taking tap-dancing lessons with her three great-granddaughters when she was 84 years old.
