Ruth Frantzreb, 92, of Indianapolis, died Monday, February 3, 2014. She was born September 3, 1921 in North Vernon, Indiana to the late Roy and Eva Ray Turner.
Ruth spent her life as a homemaker, and she loved taking care of her family. She was an excellent cook, loved trips to the lake, and has a passion for bowling. She even enjoyed her first cruise at age 90. Most of all, she loved her family dearly and wanted to spend all the time she could with them.
She is survived by her daughter Judy Todd; daughter-in-law Jamie Frantzreb; grandchildren Erin Todd, Amie Frantzreb, Jeremy Frantzreb, Angela (Kenny) Harrison, and Adam Frantzreb; great-grandchildren Kaylin, Matthew, Brandon, and Lincoln; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She also leaves behind her dogs Hunter and Coco.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Arthur L. Frantzreb; sons Michael and Kurt Frantzreb; her grandson Sam Frantzreb; and her siblings Ephraim Turner and Florence Killilea.
