RUTH E. KRENTZ KAUTZ, 67, Carmel, formerly of Lincoln, Mich., died Nov. 10. She worked 29 years for McLaren Hospital, Flint, Mich., retiring as head nurse in 1988. She was a graduate of Mott College, Flint.
