Ruth A. Batman, 91 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Monday, January 6, 2014. Ruth was born on January 24, 1922 in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of Luther and Rebecca F. (Harrell) McKnight. Survivors: son, Eddie Wayne Batman; daughters, Lorana Evelyn Mundy, Donna Sue Miller, Loretta Lou Ackley, Martha Lee Hogue, Joyce Ann Miller, Paula Gayle Grace and Carol Diane Weddle; 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marlin Batman and 2 sons, Richard Edwin Batman and Danny Gerald Batman. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park 425 N. Holt Road Indianapolis, Indiana.
