RUSSELL J. FIELDS, 92, Indianapolis, died December 29, 2002.
He was plant manager 20 years for Community Hospital East, retiring in 1975. Mr. Fields was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of Brookside Masonic Lodge.
