Ruby Jeanette Gause

Ruby Jeanette Gause, 88, of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Life Care Center of Sparta.

She was born Friday, November 11, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Ermil Hamilton and Bessie Lawyer Hamilton. She loved to read and watch TV, spend time in the garden with her husband, spend time with her sisters, and she loved her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Edward R. Gause; sisters, Lois Hamilton and Virginia Ramey; and brothers, Gene Hamilton, Ray Hamilton, and Roger Hamilton.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Nelson (Mike); grandchildren, Brandon Nelson (Maylen) and Matthew Nelson (Toni); and great-grandson, Philip Nelson.

Visitation for Ruby will be held on Friday, November 20, from 12-2 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN, 46229. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 PM at Washington Park East Cemetery.
