Rubee June Pillow

Rubee June Pillow, Born June 26th 1926, passed away on August 13, 2022. She worked at the post office for 38 years. She married Virgil Pillow (Big Tenn). She leaves daughters, Pam Pillow and Deborah Young; son, Jeffrey— “That Man” made her smile every day. She loved dearly Tracey Bowman; her grandchildren, Courtney, Devon, Deanna; great-grandchildren, Ryan Lee and 4 others. She was preceded in death by her son, Lyndel. She was the most loving and giving person. She never said no to anyone. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 4-8PM at Flanner Buchanan—Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. Additional visitation will be held at the funeral home on the following day from 11AM-1PM. A funeral service will begin at 1PM. Rubee will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
