Royce Bauer, 75

Royce Mitchel Bauer, 75, passed away October 1, 2021, at Life’s Journey in Avon after a brief battle with brain cancer.

Royce was born October 19, 1945, in Noblesville, Indiana, to LaVerne Mitchell and Ellen Joyce (McNally) Bauer. He was a graduate of Noblesville High School.

He enjoyed watching and playing golf, listening to WIBC, spending time with his children and grandchildren, and playing with his feisty cat Ollie. He also enjoyed long phone calls with his sister, reminiscing and sharing recipes.

He is survived by his sister Connie Henry, daughters Suzi Fouch (Mark) and Wendy Jones (Joe Wycoff), grandchildren Rachel, Paige, James, Michael, Bailey, Ashley, and Morgan, as well as eight great-grandchildren who will all miss their Pappaw.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Vicki, and his parents LaVerne and Joyce.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park North. Visitation will be at 11:00am prior to services. Royce requested a green burial and will be buried in Kessler Woods at Washington Park North.
