Roy R. Bedwell

Roy Ray Bedwell, 60 of Indianapolis, IN passed away peacefully in his sleep July 31, 2013. He was born September 22, 1952 and was a 1971 graduate of Decatur Central High School. Roy retired in 2007 from Rolls-Royce and had spent the last 6 years traveling, fishing, camping and enjoying time with his wife, family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife G. Gayle(Cauley) Bedwell, father, Billy J. Bedwell, sister, Diana Bedwell, Aunt Rita Marlow of Brazil, IN, Uncle Roy (Arletta)Kellar, Brazil, IN, and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins. His lap will be sorely missed by his cat Lucy Jean Bedwell. He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Bedwell. Services will be held Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 11 AM at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur with visitation there Friday August 2nd 5-8 PM and Saturday 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Linton, IN. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Lung Assoc., American Heart Assoc., American Diabetes Assoc or St. Jude's Hospital.
