Roy E. McBride, 74, of Indianapolis passed away on April 7, 2017.
Roy was born on August 28, 1942 to the late Herman and Drew McBride in Celina, TN. He was proud to have worked as a truck driver for Lafayette Steele for over 37 years, he loved to go fishing and spend time with his family.
He leaves behind his wife of 37 years, Linda L. McBride; 6 children, Jimmy (Donna) McBride, Randy (Cindy) McBride, Missy (Mark) McBride-Scott, Terry (Michelle) McBride, Kim Kirby, DeVon (Robert) Milton, 16 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 2 brothers, Joe and Denny McBride. He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters, 4 brothers, nephew, and 1 great-grandson.
Friends and family are invited to gather from 4:00-8:00pm on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, a funeral service will take place 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East.
