61, of Indianapolis passed away August 20, 2013. She was born August 14, 1952 in Mt. Clemens; MI. Roxie never met a stranger. Her loving, caring, giving and nurturing ways will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband of 18 years David Cole. Daughter: Spring (Armando) Rodriguez and a host of other family and special friends.
