56, of Indianapolis, passed away November 27, 2019. He was born on November 1, 1963 to Delores (Saunders) Frownfelter and Roweland Granville Huettner in Lexington, KY.

Roweland was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan with a quick wit and a big heart. His life was marked by quiet acts of kindness and compassion towards those he loved. Roweland will be deeply missed by his friends and family, who look forward to laughing with him again someday in eternity.

Roweland is survived by his mother, Delores Frownfelter (Clarence); father, Roweland Granville Huettner; brothers, Matthew Huettner (Samantha) and Christopher Huettner; and a host of family and friends. A funeral service will be held Friday, December 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park North 2706 Kessler Blvd West Dr. Indianapolis, IN 46228.
