Rosemary Lewis

Rosemary Lewis,
96, of Speedway, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015. She was born on November 29, 1918 in Indianapolis, as the oldest of 6 children born to Mort and Mary Susan (Davis) McGlone. Rosemary was a graduate of Carter County High School in Carter County, KY. She is survived by her children, Robert Earl (Sandra) Lewis and Beverly J. (Ed) Bailey; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren. Rosemary is also survived by brothers, Omer and Carl McGlone. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Orin and Arlie; sister, Marjorie Morris; and husband, Earl Lewis who passed away in 2004. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan Speedway from 5-8pm. Funeral services will be Friday at 11am, also at the funeral home, with calling 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in West Ridge Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Andrews Lutheran Church.
