ROSEMARY J. TOWLES RASENER, 88, Indianapolis, died Feb. 6.
She was a past president of Dolphin Women’s Club of the Indianapolis Athletic Club and a member of Carolyn Scott Harrison chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution.
