Rosanne Foulke

Rosanne Foulke, 86, Carmel, passed away October 27, 2016. She was born August 6, 1930, in Milroy, the daughter of the late Clarence and Gladys (Long) Williamson. She married Judge Donald E. Foulke, who preceded her in passing on January 23, 2013.

Rosanne was a member of the Hamilton County Republican Women’s Group. She enjoyed playing golf and was an avid Bridge player.

She is survived by a son, Donald E. (Linda) Foulke Jr.; two grandchildren, Benjamin (Rose) Foulke and Erika (Aaron) Martin; and six great grandchildren, Owen, Sophie, Madelyn, Sam, Max, and Zoe.

A memorial visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at Flanner and Buchanan – Carmel, 325 East Carmel Drive.
