Rosa Naranjo

84, Indianapolis, passed away January 23,2016. Rosa, youngest of nine children, was born in Atahualpa, Ecuador, onJuly 15, 1931 to the late Carmelo Naranjo and the late DiocelinaBerrara. Rosa made her to way from Ecuador to Bloomington beforefinally settling in Indianapolis with her young son. She retired from GeneralMotors after 25 years of service.

Rosa will be greatly missed by her son,Carlos Roman; grandchildren, Isaac Roman and Rachel (Matthew) Thomas; niece,Maria G. (David) Risch; and great-niece, Melissa Risch, sisters, CelindaNaranjo, and Edelina Naranjo, as well as many friends from her GeneralMotors family.

Friends may call from2pm until 4pm on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East. Funeral services will follow at 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorialcontributions may be made in Rosa’s memory to American Cancer Society.
