Ronald “Ronnie” Clark, 75, of Martinsville, passed away June 26th, 2022. He was born February 18th, 1947, in Indianapolis, to parents Ted and Thelma (Fox) Clark.

Ronnie graduated from Arsenal Tech high school.

On April 12th, 1969, Ronnie married the love of his life, Julia “Judy” Mangus. From the moment Ronnie met Judy, he knew she was “The One”. They shared 53 wonderful years together.

Ronnie worked as an industrial electrician for many years before retiring.

Ronnie was a loving, humble gentleman. He was a huge Yankees fan. In his younger years, he played on several softball leagues and bowling leagues. He also enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. Ronnie had a soft spot for the many dogs his family owned over the years. He was a devoted husband, dad, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Ronnie is survived by his wife Judy; his daughters Kelli (George) May and Ronda (Travis) Clark-Derrett; grandchildren Samantha (Tyler) Decker and Sarah (John) Hamrick; great-grandchildren Emelia, Luka, Finley, and Eli George Ronald; nephews Doug Aleksa and David Aleksa; Nieces Tammy Myars, Angie Smith, and Jennifer Schmidt; mother-in-law Dorothy Mangus; brothers-in-law Dean (Debbie) Mangus and Matt (Sue) Aleksa; special friends John “Hal” (Evelyn) Rudd and their son Joey; and many loving friends and neighbors.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Joyce.

Services will be held privately.

Ronnie will be laid to rest with military honors at Washington Park East Cemetery.
