Ronald Lee Bell

Ronald Lee Bell 70, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2013. He was born on January 8, 1943 in Indianapolis to Dale L. and A. Lucille (Light) Bell. Ron was a 1961 graduate of Decatur Central High School and worked as a pipe fitter for Olin Brass for 39 years, retiring in 2002. He is a member of the Moose Lodge 500 and the American Legion Post 64. Ron is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joyce A. (Hartley) Bell; sons, William Lee Bell and Kevin Earl Smith. He is also survived by grandsons, Nicholas and Michael Lee Bell; as well as 3 great-grandchildren, Aiden, Eli and Sienna. Funeral services for Mr. Bell will be held at Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 12noon with visitation 2 hours prior to the services. Burial will take place in West Ridge Park Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made the American Cancer Society.
