Ronald James Smith

Ronald James Smith, Sr. 78 of Noblesville, IN passed away March 18, 2013 in Naples, FL. He was born October 31, 1934 in Lorain, Ohio to the late John J. and Anne Gargus Smith. He served in the Unites States Navy during the Korean War. Ronald worked for CNA Insurance for 33 years and retired in 1996 as Claim's Manager for Indianapolis and surrounding area. He was a parishioner at St. Luke Catholic Church, enjoyed traveling, and belonged to Harbour Trees Golf Club in Noblesville, IN, and Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Marguerite L. Smith in November of 2008. He is survived by his beloved children, Ronald Smith Jr. (wife Donna) and Deborah Lacy (husband David), and grandchildren, Erica and Allison Smith and Daniel and Jessica Lacy. Service will be held at 2:00 Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery with visitation at 1:00.
