Roland Robert Hudon of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away May 2, 2026, at 72 years of age. He was born on May 30, 1953, in Worcester, MA. Roland was a Metallurgical Engineer for Pratt-Whitney for 35 years prior to his retirement. He proudly served our country in the United States Army. Roland enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling, especially going on cruises, and was a gifted musician playing the guitar, piano, and harmonica as well as composing musical pieces. Roland and Fran met in 2010, and their love blossomed and they married on September 7, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife, Fran Childers-Hudon, her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren all adopted Roland as their own. He additionally is survived by his brother, three sisters, numerous nieces, and nephews, and his faithful and loyal fur babies, Millie his dog and Samatha and MoJo, his cats. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cecile Edmunds, and his brother Bernard Hudon. At his request there will be no visitation, and a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
