Robert Young

Robert Young, passed away on May 19, 2025, in his hometown of Indianapolis.

Born on June 10, 1962, Robert was a graduate of Lawrence North High School. 

Robert's enthusiasm for automobiles was evident in all aspects of his life. He spent so much time working on cars as a young man, he became known affectionately as "Carface,"

He enjoyed his time was a dedicated tow truck driver with a passion for cars, often spending his free time restoring them. Robert spent time fishing and enjoyed road trips to Kentucky to visit family. He was also a lifelong NASCAR fan. 

He is survived by his siblings, Pamela Lloyd and Steven Young; nephew William Lloyd and two great nephews; and extended family in Kentucky. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Eva (Abney) Young.
