Robert Starr Neel

Robert Starr Neel,70. Beloved husband. Of Indianapolis, Born December 31, 1944, passed away May 15, 2015. He attended Carmel Grade School and Carmel High School and also Butler College. He was Employed at Butler Radio Station, Franklin Radio Station and retired from The Army Finance Center in 1988. He was a 32nd degree Mason and was a member of the Scottish Rite Orchestra. He was a member of Tabernacle Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. Left to his memory are his wife Lynne B. Neel, they were married, September 8, 1973. Also a Sister-in-law, Kathleen Halderman, Brother-in-law, Steve Caylor and many cousins. He enjoyed travel, electronics and music. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park North. A Masonic Service will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 7:30pm Funeral services will be held there Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 11am with calling an hour prior.
