Robert O. Hadsell

Robert O. Hadsell 81 of Carmel, IN formerly Indianapolis died March 26, 2011. Bob was born July 10, 1929 in Lima, Ohio to Howard Ezekiel and Alta May (Strawbridge) Hadsell. Bob was a graduate of The Ohio State University and a member of the alumni association in Columbus, Ohio. He was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Bob worked in the tire industry all his life and for 20 years of his life he owned and operated Hadsell Tire Inc. in Anderson, IN. Bob retired in February of 2000. Bob married his bride Donna Mae (Bowman) Hadsell on June 01, 1951 at Trinity Methodist Church in Lima, Ohio. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Mary, Ginger and Jean, and a brother Harry. Bob is survived by his wife Donna and children Linda Mae (Philip) Neese, Debra H. (Steve) Brown, and Robert H. (Jaci) Hadsell six grandchildren Philip (Lisa) Neese, Jennifer (James) Orr, Jessica and Andrea Hadsell and Corey and Kelsey Brown and two great grandchildren Cyan and Bryton Orr and a twin sister Betty (Blaine) Joyce. Calling will be held on Wednesday March 30, 2011 from 4 to 8 PM at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center Washington Park North 2706 Kessler Blvd. W. Drive Indianapolis, IN 46228 and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at church. Funeral services will be held Thursday March 31, 2011 at 11 AM at St. Luke's United Methodist Church 100 West 86th Street Indianapolis, In 46260.
