Robert M Canner

Robert M. Canner 89, of Indianapolis, died on September 16, 2015. Robert was born on November 03, 1925 in Bloomington, IN to Clarence and Helen Leora (Martin) Canner. Robert was a math and Physics teacher at Northwest High School where he retired in 1985. He was a founding member of John Knox Presbyterian Church. Robert was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Ann (Tillison) Canner in 2002. Calling will be held on Monday September 21, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan-Speedway from 4 to 8 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday September 22, 2015 at the funeral center at 11 am. He is survived by his wife Ruby Grace (Glass) Canner and his daughters Cheryl Sinclair and Stefani (Shirl) Johnson and his grandson Jeff Perry. Memorial Contributions may be given to either the Alzheimer's Association or the Wounded Warrior Project.
