Robert Lee Jones

Robert Lee Jones 84, Indianapolis, IN died November 24, 2014. Born February 8, 1930 in Nortonville, KY, son of Charlie and Maude (Stanley) Jones. He served as a Lt. in the US Navy and also served as a Cadreman in the US Army. He owned Bob Car Radio for 52 years and was a Kentucky Colonel. Survivors: wife, Karin Renate Jones; son, Kirk Jones; step-son, David Van Scyoc; step-daughter, Brigitte Peacock; brother, Larry W. (Shirley) Jones; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by a infant daughter. Visitation: after 11:00 am Friday, December 5th at Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur 5463 Kentucky Ave. with funeral services following at 1:00 p.m. Burial, Floral Park Cemetery.
