Robert Hodge Jr., 64, Indianapolis, died Wednesday, August 2.
He had been a parking lot attendant eight years for St. Vincent Hospital.
A member of Teamsters Local 135, he previously was a truck driver 22 years for OK Trucking, retiring in 1988.
