Robert Henry Cook

Robert H. Cook 68, of Indianapolis, passed away September 30, 2012. He was born October 8, 1943 in Gallatin, Tennessee to Frances and Mary Cook, who preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Vicki; children; Diane (Timmy) Barber, Penny(Rusty) Norman, Rodney Cook, and Lori Cook; grandchildren: Mark, Dustin, Buffy, Natasha, and Rose; great grandchildren: Dylan, Delana, Jadelyn, Kendra, Destiny, Lane, and Tyler; brothers and sisters: Hoyt, Bill, Joe, Harry, Georgie, Dorothy, Margaret, Jewel, and Janie. He was preceded in death by his son, James Robert Cook; grandson, Dewayne Barber; and brothers and sisters, Brady, R.J., Charlie, Harley, Leola, Junior, Mary, and Shirley. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 from 3-8 PM at the funeral home. Robert was retired from Arrow Fab. He was a storyteller, and enjoyed fishing, bowling, and church.
