Robert L Faucett, 64, of Indianapolis, passed away on May 18th, 2024. He was born in Indianapolis IN on July 5th, 1959, to his parents Russell L Faucett, Sr. and Shirley A. (Smith) Faucett. Robert was a dedicated employee of 20 years at Eskenazi Hospital. He worked in the environmental department. He was an avid Colts fan and a collector of movies. He was proud of his 5,000 plus movie display–featuring a little bit of everything but especially horror movies. 25 years ago, Robert married the love of his life, Nancy. E Faucett. Together, they enjoyed camping at Cataract Falls and attending church. Most recently, they both attended Hope Baptist Church. Robert was a dedicated husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend. He loved his family dearly and will always be remembered.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents (listed above); his brothers, Danny Faucett, Bill Faucett, Richard Faucett; and a grandson, Moises.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy E. Faucett; his son Jeremiah Harden (Irma Capistran); his siblings, Russell Faucett, Sandra Shambaugh, Donna Scott, and Perry Faucett; his grandchildren, Nadia, Berenice, Elsa, Liset, and Elizabeth; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews that he loved like his own children.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, from 11AM-1PM at Flanner Buchanan-Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46229. A funeral service will begin at 1PM. Robert will be laid to rest in Mount Tabor Cemetery.Visits: 170
