Robert Carl Cardwell

Robert Carl Cardwell, 66 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away August 18, 2021. He was born March 9, 1955 in Morgantown, Kentucky to Charles Henry and Betty Lou (Gaskey) Cardwell. Robert was a Social Worker for the State of Indiana for many years. He enjoyed all facets of Photography and he enjoyed collecting cameras. He was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him. Robert was survived by his loving children, Zach Cardwell, Brian Cardwell, Larissa Cardwell, grandchildren, Kaylee, Noah, Bryant, mother, Betty Cardwell and his brother, Jeff (Cheryl) Cardwell. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Henry Cardwell and his brother, Ricky R. Cardwell. Services will be held at 1PM on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Flanner Buchanan Floral Park with visitation there from 10AM until 1PM. Rev. Ray Hampton will officiate the service. Robert will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Evangelical Church 2916 W. Mooresville Road Indianapolis, IN 46221.
